Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn state.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
